Liquorice Root 100 g
These liquorice root cuts are added to the wort 5-15 mins before the end of the boil, to give your beer a liquorice flavour.
In most cases people add them to dark beers but can also give a sweet liquorice note to blonde beers.
This can also be used as an infusion botanical for spirits & liqueurs.
