SafAle WB-06 has a very high attenuation which makes it ideal for Belgian and German-style wheat-based beers.

Produces fruity and phenolic character, varying with the fermentation conditions.

  • Sedimentation: Slow
  • Flocculation: Medium
  • Alcohol Tolerance approx.: 9-11%
  • Recommended Fermentation Temperature: 18-24°C

Suitable for Witbier, Bavarian Hefeweizen (Weissbier), Dunkelweizen (Dunkles Weissbier) & Weizenbock.
