5 Litre PET Demijohn with Solid Cap
Being a thin-walled 5 Litre square plastic demijohn with ribbing this fermenter is very light in weight.
It is an ideal starter 6 bottle fermenter & fits conveniently on a work top to facilitate the monitoring of the progress of the fermentation.
To minimise the possibility of distortion it is recommended that luke warm rather than boiling water be poured into this delicate fermenter.
As with all plastic equipment we recommend glass for longevity and if storing wine or washes at a higher ABV.
