Gervin GV2 Robust Wine Yeast

Gervin GV2 - Robust Wine Yeast (Berries, Sloes, Currants)

Gervin Robust Wine Yeast Yeast GV2

A Burgundy-style yeast that is suitable for the production of full-bodied red and white wines.

GV2 is very vigorous which gives a rapid start to fermentation with little foam.

We recommend this yeast for all red table wines, particularly when making wines from autumn fruits.

Suitable for bilberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries, elderberries, raspberries and sloes.

  • Cover the glass with a clean plate and simply leave for 15-20 minutes.
