A silicone-based emulsion developed for brewing and distilling where a quick knockdown of foam is required.
It can be added to the kettle, still or fermentation vessel.
Dissolve 2ml Antifoam in 50ml water and spray onto the surface of the boiling or fermenting wort until at the desired foam control.
