Windsor - British Style Ale Yeast

LalBrew Windsor produces a beer that is fruity and estery to both palate and nose with a slight fresh yeasty flavour.

This yeast is best for traditional English ales due to its moderate alcohol levels and flavour and aroma characteristics.

Windsor does not metabolize maltotriose, the result will be full body and residual sweetness in the beer.

• Optimal Temperature Range: 15-22°C 

Suitable for English Ale, Mild, Bitter, Irish Red, Brown Ale, Porter and Sweet Stouts.
