It produces 40 pints with an OG 1036 to 1040.

Just 1.5kg of extract but it is all from malted barley and they contain no barley syrup.
These produce some of the best beers around, the more so when combined with the suggested additions.

With this lager kit feel free to take a genuine lager yeast (Brewferm Lager Yeast) as associated below.
Put this in place of the yeast that comes with the kit, for a crisper, dry, aromatic brew!
