A brand new Stainless Steel Cornelius Keg takes a full 19-litre brew.
Working pressure rating of up to 130psi.
It is fitted with a Gas In Post & Liquid Out Post.
For those of us into aesthetics, some have minor finishing blemishes - welding-related in most cases - don't affect performance.
An Out Quick Disconnect and suitable tap will be needed to dispense the contents.
Beer must be racked into these kegs 'bright' and we recommend that the beer is racked from the primary fermenter to a secondary fermenter fitted with an airlock, that the beer is then fined and is only kegged when it is star bright, usually two days after fining.
It can then be carbonated by means of a CO2 bottle, avoiding all sediment problems.
