SN9 Wine Yeast

A strain of wine yeast that has a relatively neutral sensory impact, suitable for almost any wine style.

This fast fermenting yeast is highly robust, tolerating difficult fermentation conditions and alcohol levels up to 18% ABV.


Most suitable for Elderflower, Vegetable Wine and High Alcohol.

Can also be used for Blackberry, Boysenberry, Elderberry, Blackcurrant, Plum, Cherry, Blueberry, Strawberry, Rhubarb, Apricot, Peach, Apple, Pear, Gooseberry, Kiwifruit, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Malbec, Nebbiolo, Tempranillo, Zinfandel, Chenin Blanc, Dry and Sweet Sparkling wine.


For best results ferment at 14 - 28°C, no rehydration required - add directly to grape must and stir well.
