The Pure Turbo Pack includes everything you need for a high-purity ferment — yeast, nutrients, carbon, and clarifier, all in one kit.

This is Still Spirits’ cleanest turbo system, designed to produce ultra-neutral spirit with minimal flavour carryover.

What’s Included

• Pure Turbo Yeast – clean-fermenting yeast with a nutrient blend for minimal impurities
• Turbo Carbon – removes unwanted flavours and aromas during fermentation
• Turbo Clear – dual-stage clarifier to drop yeast and fine particles before distillation

Sugar

Use either dextrose or turbo sugar (sucrose) to prepare your wash:

• 6 kg: approx. 14% wash ABV
• 7 kg: approx. 15% wash ABV

Fermentation Times

• 6 kg: ~6–7 days at 20–24 °C
• 7 kg: ~6–7 days at 20–24 °C

How to Use

1. Sanitise all equipment before use.
2. Add water to reach the correct start volume (refer to your instructions).
3. Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
4. Add the Pure Turbo Yeast and Turbo Carbon, stir well.
5. Once fermentation is complete, degas thoroughly.
6. Add Turbo Clear Part A, stir gently, and wait 1 hour.
7. Slowly pour Part B across the surface – do not stir.
8. Allow to clear for at least 24 hours before distillation.
