The Still Spirits Create+ bundle pairs the Alembic Copper Dome and Copper Condenser — the essential combination for a serious pot still setup at home. The copper construction of both components helps remove sulphur compounds from your wash while enhancing aroma and complexity in the final distillate.

The dome captures and refines flavour; the condenser cools vapour efficiently for clean collection. Together they connect via 2″ tri-clamp fittings and integrate with the Create+ Boiler 25L or Grainfather G30.

Brewer’s Tip

This combination gives you full pot still functionality — but the quality of your distillate depends heavily on your cuts. Run low and slow on your spirit run, use the thermometer to track heads and tails, and taste as you go. The copper will help remove off-flavours, but great spirits come from patience and attention to detail.
