A complete pot still setup from Still Spirits, combining the 25L Boiler with the Alembic Copper Dome and Condenser. Designed for producing full-flavoured spirits — whiskey, bourbon, rum, gin — as well as distilled water and botanical hydrosols.

Unlike reflux stills that strip flavour to produce neutral spirit, the alembic pot still design allows the character of the wash to carry through into the final distillate. The large copper surface area removes sulphur compounds and enhances aroma and complexity.
