A straightforward 10-litre food-grade plastic fermentation bucket with a fitted lid, suitable for fermenting beer, wine, cider, or mead in smaller batches. The lid creates a seal to protect the fermenting liquid from contamination, and the bucket can be fitted with an airlock (via a grommet in the lid) for active fermentation monitoring.
At 10 litres, this bucket is well suited to small-batch brewing, country wine making, or as a secondary vessel for racking and clearing.
