5 Litre Bag in Box Container

Store and dispense up to 5 litres of wine, cider, fruit juice or another non-carbonated drink without bottling. As the drink is poured, the inner bag collapses to limit air entering, helping protect freshness and flavour.

This individual unit includes a food-grade bag, dispensing tap and cardboard outer box. It is easy to assemble, stacks neatly and is a practical choice for home pressing, fermentation, storage, parties and events.

How to use

• Assemble the box and fit the bag and tap according to the instructions.
• Fill with no more than 5 litres of liquid.
• If filling with pasteurised juice or cider, allow it to cool before filling.
• Clean and sanitise the bag and tap before use.

Typical storage guidance

• Home-filled wine: around 3–6 months unopened for best quality when properly stabilised, sanitised, filled with minimal air and stored somewhere cool and dark.
• Once opened, wine is best used within approximately 2–4 weeks.
• Pasteurised juice or cider: approximately 6–12 months.
• Unpasteurised cider: approximately 3–6 months.

These are general guidelines rather than guarantees. Actual storage life depends on the drink, sanitation, filling technique, preservatives and storage conditions. This container is intended for storage and dispensing, not long-term ageing.
