Cinder Mane is a 20-litre all grain Red IPA that balances a clear red malt character with firm but controlled bitterness.
The recipe keeps the grain bill restrained so the finish stays dry and hop-forward rather than heavy.
CaraRed adds colour, supported by Maris Otter, Light Munich, and Crystal malt to give structure without excess sweetness.
Late hop additions and a short whirlpool bring citrus and tropical notes, avoiding harsh bitterness for a more drinkable modern Red IPA.
