American Oak Chips Light Toast will allow you to imitate storing your wine in an Oak barrel without the expense, alternatively add this to spirits
A cheap and great alternative way to bestow oak into your homebrew without the hassle and high maintence of an oak barrel.
Oak chippings impart their flavour faster than a barrel thanks to the bigger contact surface.
Add them to your beverage in an infusion bag, and remove when your flavour profile is exactly what you want.
Adding oak to your wine will change the taste, aroma, preservation and colour stability.
Feel free to add this to wine, spirits cider or beer.
