The Apollo 60L is the largest PET unitank in the Keg King range, offering the highest level of control for serious home brewers. Pressure ferment, clarify, dry hop, carbonate, and serve — all from a single vessel. Perfect for fresh wort or brewing kits.

Why Pressure Ferment?

• Overall reduction in yeast ester and fusel production for a cleaner flavour profile
• Ferment at higher temperatures without producing off-flavours
• Natural carbonation from CO₂ generated during fermentation — no need to wait an extra week
• Closed fermentation retains aroma compounds that would otherwise be lost
• Serve directly from the unitank, counter-pressure fill bottles, or transfer to a keg under pressure
• Ideal for lagers — lower ester production and the ability to ferment at 21°C for a traditional lager flavour
