Full-bodied and sweet with real depth and complexity. Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate desserts, raspberry tarts, or a good cheese board. Best served slightly below room temperature in small glasses.

Equipment Needed

This kit requires basic winemaking equipment (not included):

• Primary fermenter (15L+ with airlock)
• 11L glass carboy (recommended for secondary fermentation)
• Siphon & tubing

• 15 x 750ml wine bottles, corks & corker

Brewing Tips

• Drinkable at 6 weeks, but we recommend maturing for at least 3 months to develop full complexity.
• Use an 11L glass carboy for optimal secondary fermentation results.
• Optional: fortify with brandy or cognac before bottling to enhance flavour and increase volume.
