Bulldog Brews Evil Dog – American Double IPA Beer Kit
Unleash your inner brewer with the Evil Dog — a bold, hop-forward American Double IPA that punches well above its weight. Loaded with Simcoe and Summit hops, this kit delivers the kind of piney, grapefruit-drenched bitterness you'd expect from a top-shelf craft brewery, brewed right in your own home.
What's in the Kit
- 4.7kg of premium malt extracts — up to a third more than standard kits
- Simcoe & Summit hops — classic American West Coast varieties
- Specialist US West Coast craft yeast — for a clean, punchy fermentation
- ~7.1% ABV — a proper double IPA with real potency
Tasting Notes
Expect an explosion of pine and grapefruit on the nose, a resinous hop character throughout, and a satisfying, lingering bitterness on the finish. This is a beer that means business.
