Buon Vino Mini Jet Wine Filter

A compact, self-priming wine filter designed for the home winemaker. Quick to set up and easy to use, the Mini Jet filters up to 20 litres in approximately 15 minutes and produces a brilliant commercial-quality shine. Like all wine filters, it works best as a final polish on already clear wine — not to clear wines high in pectin, which will quickly clog the pads.

We use the Mini Jet on all our single 5-gallon batches with fine pads — the wine goes through in about 15 minutes and comes out with a brilliant shine.

Installation Notes

• Always use filter pads of the same grade — do not mix coarse, polishing, and sterile pads
• Ensure pads are inserted correctly for best results

Replacement Pads

• Coarse Pads — 5–7 micron, for heavy wines and pre-ageing filtration
• Polishing Pads — 2 micron, for brightening and polishing all wines
• Sterile Pads — 0.5 micron, for final-stage yeast removal
