A rich, dark stout with coffee, chocolate, and liquorice aromatics and roast bitter notes. The finish is very dry, sharply roasted, and clean — a classic Irish stout character. For better flavour, body, and head retention, swap the brewing sugar for a beer enhancer or malt extract.
