Counterflow Wort Chiller — 12-Plate Stainless Steel
A compact plate heat exchanger for chilling wort quickly and efficiently. Fitted with 12 stainless steel plates, it cools 20 litres of hot wort to 20°C in under 10 minutes. Gravity feed is sufficient — no pump required. Unlike immersion chillers, it sits outside the wort, minimising disturbance of hot trub and reducing the risk of contamination during the cooling process.
Easy to use and clean, with limited water use. Supplied complete with 4 × 3/4" BSP pipe fittings to accept 13mm (1/2") tubing. Use Aquafit tubing for the wort side and braided hose for the water side.
