How to Use It

Use Wheat DME as the primary malt base for Hefeweizens, Witbiers, and other wheat styles — used alone it produces a light golden wheat beer. Add speciality grains to adjust colour and flavour. In smaller proportions, it's an excellent addition to any beer style to boost head retention and improve mouthfeel.
