Wheat Dried malt extract or Dry Spraymalt Extract is made from a blend of 55% Wheat Malt and 45% Barley Malt, to be used in place of brewing sugar.
Wheat Malt Extract
This malt extract is made from a blend of 55% Wheat Malt and 45% Barley Malt.
When used alone, it will produce a light golden-coloured wheat beer.
A variety of speciality grains can be added to change the colour and flavour, making it an excellent malt base for wheat beer.
Any beer style can benefit from the use of wheat malt in smaller proportions to increase head retention.
