Precise fermentation temperature control is one of the most important factors in producing great beer. When fermentation runs too warm, yeast produces off-flavours that no amount of conditioning can fix. The Grainfather GC4 Glycol Chiller solves this elegantly — a compact refrigeration unit that cools a glycol tank to sub-freezing temperatures, delivering on-demand cooling to up to four fermenters simultaneously, each running its own temperature schedule.

Unlike bulky fridges (one per fermenter), the GC4 has a small footprint and connects directly to the hidden cooling sleeve built into Grainfather GF30 Conical Fermenters. The glycol never contacts your beer, requires no cleaning or sanitising, and keeps your fermentation environment stable and repeatable from pitch to crash.
