Brewing Timeline
- Week 1: Ferment at room temperature
- Week 1–2: Transfer to barrel, carbonate at room temperature
- Week 2–4: Condition in a cool, dark place — flavour improves noticeably
- Up to 5 months: Shelf life when stored correctly
