A blend of dextrose and spray-dried malt extract, E1 Light adds fuller mouthfeel and a touch more strength without extra sweetness or heaviness. Use it as your fermentable alongside your beer kit, in place of plain dextrose. Best suited to lagers, pilsners, and other crisp, easy-drinking styles.
