A pale malt base with a touch of speciality malt brings subtle, nuanced complexity before Simcoe and Chinook hops deliver the tropical fruit and grapefruit punch. Balanced bitterness holds it all together — medium-full bodied, satisfying, and endlessly drinkable.
The M15 Empire Ale yeast complements the hop and malt profile perfectly, giving you a clean, characterful fermentation that delivers consistent results every time.
