A smooth golden ale with subtle fruity esters, mild malt character, and a balanced bitterness — light, refreshing, and easy-drinking. For better body and head retention, swap the brewing sugar for a beer enhancer or light dry malt extract. For a citrusy edge, try dry hopping with 20–30g of Cascade or Amarillo after fermentation slows.
