Requires 1kg of brewing sugar or light spraymalt (not included).
How to Brew
- Sanitise all equipment thoroughly before starting.
- Mix the hopped malt extract with warm water in your fermenter.
- Add 1kg brewing sugar or light spraymalt and stir well.
- Pitch the yeast and ferment at 18–22°C for 10–14 days.
- Bottle or keg, carbonate, and condition for at least 2 weeks before drinking.
