How to Brew

Mix the concentrate with 1.3kg of brewing sugar and water, pitch the yeast, and ferment at 18–22°C. For a fuller, more authentic cider flavour, swap the sugar for Mangrove Jack's Liquid Cider Enhancer. For a lower ABV, reduce to 1kg of brewing sugar.
