Tasting Notes

Sweet and fruity with the characteristically tangy flavour of ripe peach — light, refreshing, and easy-drinking with a lovely blush colour. A classic country wine style that continues to improve the longer you leave it. For a sweeter finish, add up to 250g of sugar when bottling. Best served well chilled.
