How to Make Your Wine

1. Sanitise equipment — clean and sterilise all equipment before you begin.
2. Mix ingredients — combine the grape juice concentrate with water, then add the yeast and nutrients.
3. Ferment — leave to ferment for 7–10 days.
4. Clear — use the included finings to clear any sediment.
5. Bottle — once clear, bottle and cork your wine.
6. Enjoy — drink straight away or age for more complex flavours.
