Light, dry, and floral — clean and refreshing with soft fruit and floral notes, very much in line with what you’d expect from an easygoing Pinot Grigio. Continues to develop and round out after a few weeks in the bottle. Best served well chilled. Pairs beautifully with seafood, light pasta, and soft cheeses.
