Still Spirits Icon Liqueurs — Shamrock Cream Flavouring Essence
Makes an Irish whiskey-style cream liqueur with a sweet, creamy taste and subtle notes of chocolate and coffee. Part of the Still Spirits Icon Liqueurs range, designed to make crafting premium-style liqueurs at home straightforward and consistent.
Each 330ml essence bottle makes 1 litre of finished liqueur when combined with the Shamrock Cream Base and neutral spirit or vodka.
Mixing Instructions
- Pre-mix 70ml of warm water with 250ml of 40% ABV vodka or neutral alcohol.
- Add the mixture to 215g of Icon Liqueurs Shamrock Cream Base while whisking thoroughly.
- Add this flavouring essence and top up to 1 litre with 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka.
