Still Spirits Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base — 400g

Everything you need to produce a smooth, indulgent cream liqueur at home. This base pack provides the right alcoholic strength, sweetness and viscosity to match commercial cream liqueurs — giving your finished drink an excellent mouthfeel and a beautiful appearance in the glass.

Use with any Top Shelf cream liqueur flavouring, including Irish Cream, Chocolate Cream, Butterscotch Cream, and Piña Colada.

Tip: if the liqueur separates on standing, a good shake will restore it.

How to Use

  1. Dissolve the base pack in 250ml of hot water and stir until fully dissolved
  2. Add 500ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit and mix well
  3. Add your chosen cream liqueur flavouring and mix well
  4. Top up to 1.125L with cold water and mix thoroughly
  5. Keep chilled and serve over ice
