Turn a neutral spirit into a dry English-style gin with a rich juniper aroma and taste. This is the Top Shelf option for a classic dry, botanical-led profile.
Mixing quantities
The 50ml essence is enough for 2.25 litres of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka—equivalent to three 750ml bottles.
Shake the bottle well and add the complete contents to the alcohol. Rinse out the flavouring bottle with a small measure of the base, return it to the batch and mix. Allow 24–48 hours before serving.
