Top Shelf Tequila Flavouring makes a tequila style spirit flavouring with a bitter sweet taste, add this to your homemade distilled spirit or vodka.
Still Spirits Tequila-Style Flavouring
Create a tequila-style drink with a bittersweet profile and peppery notes. The character is sharper and less sweet than the bourbon and rum flavourings in the Top Shelf range.
Using the essence
Shake the 50ml bottle, then combine all of it with 2.25 litres of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV. Rinse the empty bottle with a little of the base spirit so none of the flavouring is wasted.
Blend well and rest for 24–48 hours. The completed batch fills approximately three 750ml bottles.
