A bold, full-bodied Californian red blend from the flourishing vineyards of Lodi — combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Syrah into a smooth, fruit-forward wine rich with blackcurrant, jammy wildberry, plum, and a whisky oak complexity that sets it apart from any other kit on the market.

The defining feature of the Infusion kit is its pre-oaking process, unique to Winexpert. The juice is steeped with whisky oak chips from Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery and Distillery for several months before the kit is produced — instilling a distinct roundness to the body, intensified tannins, and notes of sweet spice, brown sugar, and vanilla. Oak chips and cubes are also included in the kit to further develop the flavour profile during your fermentation.

Tasting Notes

Blackcurrant, jammy wildberry, and plum on the palate, with an undercurrent of mocha, spice, and smoky toasted oak. The Cabernet brings structure and blackcurrant depth, Zinfandel adds jammy berry richness, and Syrah contributes plum and pepper. Bold tannins, full body, and a long, complex finish.
