The compact alternative to a full 23L barrel. At 10 litres (up to 2 gallons), this pressure barrel is ideal for small batches, experimental brews, or splitting a standard brew between barrel and bottles. Small enough to fit in a fridge for serving cold.
How It Works
The screw cap has a built-in pressure relief valve that holds the natural CO₂ carbonation from your brew — no separate gas cylinder needed. Clean the barrel using sterilant solution via the 2" diameter neck.
