This kit produces a light, crisp apple cider with a refreshing finish. From mixing to pouring, the whole process takes around 4–6 weeks, and the results speak for themselves.

How to Brew Your Cider
- Step 1 — Sanitise: Clean all equipment thoroughly with the included steriliser.
- Step 2 — Mix: Combine the cider concentrate, dextrose, and water in the fermenting bucket. Add yeast and seal with the airlock.
- Step 3 — Ferment: Monitor temperature and gravity over 1–2 weeks until fermentation is complete.
- Step 4 — Transfer: Syphon into bottles or a barrel for conditioning.
- Step 5 — Enjoy: Chill and serve after a few weeks of conditioning. Expect around 4–5% ABV.
Tips & Customisation
- Add berries, spices, or honey to create your own signature blend.
- Use preservative-free store-bought apple juice as a base for a fresh-juice cider.
- Prime with a little sugar at bottling for a sparkling finish.
- Adjust sweetness by tweaking fermentation time or sugar levels.
