A food-grade caramel colouring agent used to adjust the colour depth of homemade spirits. Adds a warm, golden-to-amber hue to whiskey, brandy, rum, and other dark spirits — without affecting the flavour profile.
Used by commercial distilleries worldwide to achieve a consistent, appealing colour in the finished bottle.
How to Use
- Add a small amount to your finished spirit and stir well
- Add gradually and check colour in natural light until the desired shade is achieved
- A little goes a long way — start with a few drops per litre
