Tasting Notes

Rich and fruity with complex fruit aromas and a smooth oak character — a commercial-style Chardonnay that benefits from further storage to mature. For a touch of extra sweetness, add up to 112g of sugar when bottling. Pairs well with roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled fish, and soft cheeses. Best served slightly chilled.
