This Chardonnay from Beaverdale is a dry, medium-bodied white with aromas of apple and citrus balanced by subtle vanilla oak — ripe pear on the palate, a smooth body, and a refreshing, dry finish. Six bottles ready in 4 weeks, with no added sugar required.

Fragrant and fruit-forward with aromas of apple, citrus, and a subtle vanilla oak character. On the palate it’s medium-bodied and dry with ripe pear and a clean, crisp finish. Pairs beautifully with roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled salmon, or soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert. Improves with 2 months of bottle ageing.

Brewing Tips

• Fermentation takes around 3–4 weeks at room temperature.
• Age for at least 2 months after bottling for best results.
• For crystal-clear wine, consider filtering with a Vinbrite filter before bottling.
