Tasting Notes
Aromas of violets and cherries layered with subtle oak. On the palate, red berry fruit with firm tannins and a smooth, lingering finish. Just like a classic Barolo, this wine improves with patience — enjoyable within weeks, but 2–3 months of bottle ageing will bring out greater depth. Pairs beautifully with roast beef, lamb shank, hearty pasta, game meats, and strong cheeses such as Parmigiano or Gorgonzola.
