Smooth and refreshing with deep fruity notes of fresh strawberry, a hint of watermelon, and a gentle spiciness. Light-medium bodied and dry — a real party wine that’s equally at home at a summer barbecue or a relaxed evening in. Best served well chilled. Improves with 1–2 months of bottle ageing.

Brewing Tips

• Fermentation takes around 3–4 weeks at room temperature.
• Age for at least 1–2 months after bottling for best results.
• For greater body or depth, reduce the amount of water added slightly.
