Tasting Notes

This Pinot Noir is elegant and approachable, with a beautiful garnet colour. When young, it exhibits vibrant fruity characteristics of cherries, plums, raspberries, and strawberries. Light-medium in body with medium oak, it’s a versatile red that pairs effortlessly with food or can be enjoyed on its own.

Brewing Tips
