Crisp and aromatic with pome fruit and floral aromas — inspired by the classic German Piesporter style. Light, elegant, and easy-drinking, it continues to refine its flavours the longer you leave it. For a touch of extra sweetness, add up to 180g of sugar when bottling. Best served well chilled. Pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, soft cheeses, and Asian cuisine.
