Tasting Notes

A crisp, medium-dry aromatic white wine with pome fruit and floral aromas — inspired by the classic German Piesporter style. Light, elegant, and easy-drinking. Continues to refine its flavours the longer you leave it. For a touch of extra sweetness, add up to 180g of sugar when bottling.
