A traditional spindle press for cider and juice making, built the way French winemakers have done it for centuries. The Vigo 12 Litre Spindle Press exerts gentle, evenly distributed pressure on the fruit pomace to extract nutrient-rich juice — yielding up to 4.5 litres per pressing, depending on fruit ripeness and how well it's been crushed.
