As French winemakers have done for centuries, this method is a traditional way to press the fruit.
Can be used for making cider and includes step-by-step instructions on this process.
Works by exerting gentle, evenly distributed pressure on the fruit pomace to extract nutrient-rich juice.
Made from solid sustainably sourced beechwood and food-grade stainless steel for the base and pressing mechanism.
Yields up to 4.5 litres of juice per pressing (dependent on the ripeness of the fruit and how well it’s crushed).
