Why Crush Before Pressing?

Whole or roughly chopped fruit will not press efficiently — crushing first reduces the fruit to pomace at the ideal consistency for maximum juice extraction. The Classic Crusher feeds directly into the press cage, making the process fast, clean, and high-yielding.

Note: The cast iron base can be bolted to a table for stability during pressing. Straining bag sold separately.
