How to Use

Mill the fruit using an apple crusher.
Line the press cage with an optional straining bag to catch debris.
Fill the cage with crushed fruit and fold the bag's edges over.
Secure the pressure plate with the butterfly nut.
Turn the pressing bar to apply pressure — juice will flow into your collection bucket.
Enjoy fresh, freeze, or pasteurise the juice.

Aftercare

After use, hose down with fresh water and dry with a clean cloth. Lubricate non-food contact metal parts with the provided food-grade grease to prevent corrosion. Store in a clean, dry place.
